a. Processing Time: We strive to process and ship all orders within 5-7 business days for physical products and within 1-2 business days for digital products, unless otherwise specified.
b. Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods for physical products, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping. The shipping options available to you will be displayed during the checkout process, along with estimated delivery times.
c. Shipping Charges: Shipping costs may vary based on the shipping method selected, delivery location, and the total order value. The applicable shipping charges will be calculated and presented to you before finalizing your purchase.
d. Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package.

a. Physical Products:
i. Refund Period: We offer a 30-day refund period for physical products from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
ii. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team using the contact us form. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your communication.
iii. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
b. Digital Products:
i. Refund Period: We offer a 15-day refund period for digital products from the date of purchase.
ii. Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must not have downloaded or accessed the digital product. If you have already accessed the product, refunds will not be provided, except in cases where the product is defective or not as described.
iii. Requesting a Refund: To request a refund for a digital product, please contact our customer support team using the contact us form and provide your order details and reason for the refund.
